Shipping Terms + Conditions
- USA shipments only.
- All shipments are subject to availability. All products are hand-made in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Special orders require 2-3 weeks to ship.
- Shoppe Pure will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient at time of purchase.
- Please note that packages cannot be re-routed to another address once it has been sent. Please make sure that your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.
Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Shoppe Pure. With this in mind we offer the following returns policy.
- For a full refund or exchange, please contact us at Linda@ShoppePure.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
- Any returned item must be in perfect condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.
- Return shipping is at the purchasers own cost, unless the product was not the product that was ordered.
- We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
- Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale and will incur shipping fees.
- Refunds may take up to 3 business days after processing to appear in your account.
All products are handmade and have individual qualities that add to the unique character of these products. There may be variations in color due depending on the ingredients. These products are not faulty and these characteristics can not be used as the basis for a refund.
